Notice for Listed Businesses

1. Why you may be listed

The Social Martini Limited ("we") lists local businesses so people can discover them. For businesses that have not joined yet, we create an "Unclaimed" listing from publicly available information. You did not need to do anything for this to happen.

2. What we hold

• The business name, description, location and opening details.
• A contact email address, phone number and website. If the business is run by an individual, some of this may be personal data.
• Public images of the business.

On an unclaimed listing the phone number and website are not shown to visitors. The email address is used only to send you a link to claim or remove the listing.

3. Why we use it

We rely on legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): helping people find local businesses and letting you take over your own listing. You can object at any time, and removal is simple.

4. Your choices

• Claim it to manage the listing yourself.
• Remove it. Use "Remove this listing" on the listing page. See the removal policy.
• Access, correct or erase your data by emailing hello@thesocialmartini.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

5. Who controls the data

The Social Martini Limited, registered in England and Wales. Our general Privacy Policy also applies.
